Terrell Earrings

I ordered some earrings since this is my daughter’s favorite store. I went to pick them up when I was notified and the record said I already picked them up. I was upset but the sales associate said she would replace and mail them. In two days I received the earrings. I was not happy that the system said I picked them up but happy they made good.
