Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business and custom orders can take up to 7-10 days. During holidays, sales, or other busy seasons, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it along the way.

Please Double-Check Your Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you determine the next steps.
