The initials on one of my charms was crooked

The initials on one of my charms was not done very well which is not consistent with a necklace in this price range. The quality just isn’t there. The customer service also has not been responsive. While I love the idea of the this necklace, I do not recommend ordering

It is a beautiful piece but I wish I would have ordered a different necklace. This one is a very shiny gold and I was not expecting the shine to be so bright. The pendant also turns around backwards no matter how I adjust it.
