They did not pay attention to the order I asked the charms to be placed, and I do not see a seam in the loop to fix the charm myself, so this is like wearing a monogram in the wrong order… useless. I am SO disappointed, and my son will not appreciate being in order behind his little brother if I ever wear this around my neck. What was meant as a Mothers Day gift is now a waste of money. Buyer beware.
