Cheap Chain - Does Not Match Color of Pendant

Ordering was easy. My necklace came very quickly to be a personalized piece.
I was disappointed in the quality of the chain compared to the pendant. The chain and pendant are two totally different "golds". The chain is lightweight and a cheap/brassy gold color. The pendant itself is already starting to discolor (I have worn it less than 5 times). I was not expecting the discoloration as the description had the piece listed as gold-fill. I am hoping to salvage the pendant by putting it on a different chain.

I love my necklace! One thought I have- Have you considered getting options for children of color? I have a friend who is Asian and was sad to see there were no options for her children. She would have gladly payed extra to have them customized if that was an option!
