Sent wrong item

I bought the cuff bracelet as a gift and had it sent to my friend for her birthday. She received the wrong item, a monogrammed bracelet seeming to have been another order. I contacted you guys but the only response I got was that a return label would be sent. She has yet to receive the gift or return label. Multiple emails reaching out but no response.. I’m so bummed because I have purchased from the store and everything is so beautiful..
